Design & Installation

  • Consultation: $250/hour

  • Garden Design: $200/hour

    • A completed design is required before we can provide an installation estimate, as every project varies in size, scope, and materials.

    • Garden designs (full installation or DIY) begin at $2,500, with most design fees starting at $5,000 and increasing based on project size, complexity, and scope.

    • A $1,000 deposit is required before the design process can begin.

    • Design revisions are billed at our hourly rate.

  • Full garden installations begin at $10,000, including design, with most projects exceeding this minimum based on size, materials, and scope.

1:1 Coaching

  • Individual Consultations: $250/hour

Garden Maintenance

Seasonal fee (May - October) based on your garden square footage:

  • 500 - 750 sq ft: $1,200 or 4 payments of $320 billed prior to each scheduled visit.

  • 750 - 1,000 sq ft: $1,400 or 4 payments of $370 billed prior to each scheduled visit.

  • 1,000+ sq ft: $1,600+ or 4 payments of $420 billed prior to each scheduled visit.

    Seasonal fees (May–October) are based on garden square footage and assume approximately ½ day of stewardship work per visit. Gardens larger than 1,000 square feet or those requiring more extensive care may require additional time, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

Additional fees and custom quotes based on increased square footage, layout, complexity, density, optional add-ons, and access may apply.

Additional plant sourcing and delivery, installation, or expanded work may be offered and billed separately.

Maintenance fee is due at the start of each season or in 4 scheduled payments. These fees include hands-on care, planning, travel, and limited availability. Services are scheduled once payment is received.

Garden Maintenance and Stewardship is not available on a per-visit or hourly basis.
